After breaking down on July 4th, 2017 in Lake City, and being towed back to Gunnison where my hotel was, the wrecker operator(who was amazing, but that is another review) recommended Precision. I left my 2003 Hummer on their lot and awaited their opening at 8 am the next day. I feared that being a tourist I might have trouble getting work done in short order. Not only did these folks get me on the road by 11 am, at a decent price, they washed it too! Thank you for excellent customer service! Rare these days!

A cold morning caused the tire pressure light to come on in my car and my tires are filled with Nitrogen (a little harder to come by). Justin at Precision Automotive topped off my tires free of charge. Free, friendly, and fast service… can’t beat that!

Used Precision for my daughter while she was attending Western. I found them to be honest and competent. One significant repair – alternator – seemed just fine. And a few oil changes. Most notable were a couple of times where we relied on Precision to evaluate the car to determine if it would be safe to drive home to our local mechanic. They could have pushed a repair, but did not – which I think says a lot.

Unbelievable service! Friendly and very knowledgable staff. Recommended new transmission for truck, shipped and installed in 3 days. Washed truck inside and out, including wheels and tires! Truck drives like new. Very, very Impressed! Highly recommend!

Was traveling through in June and had a tire break a belt. Raced into town, not knowing at the time the tire was unrepairable, and found Precision’s overhead door to be open even though they were passed business hours. Couple of the guys there offered to help, discovered that my tire was basically ruined. They had a used tire to get me back to Oklahoma, but simply has them put my spare on instead. They were helpful and it was cool for them to be so willing to work even after business hours. Got some honest hard working guys there. Thanks again!

My husband and I had to stop here on the middle our road trip due to having some car troubles. The staff was friendly and professional. They quickly got us in for the next appointment, assessed the issues, ordered the necessary parts, and got us repaired and on the road in 4 hours! They also had rental cars to use so we could explore the town while they worked. We were so impressed with their service. They helped us make the best of our situation! Thank you guys!
